This page explains what information TIS Smart Cleaning receives through this website and how it is used. In short: we only use it to quote, book and deliver your cleaning.
What we collect
When you request a quote or book a cleaning, we receive your name, phone number, e-mail, service address and the details of your home or vessel (size, rooms, pets, condition, preferred date and any notes). If you call, text or e-mail us, we receive whatever you send us there.
How we use it
Only to prepare your quote, schedule and deliver your cleaning, and stay in touch about your service. We never sell your information.
Where it is kept
Booking requests are sent to our e-mail through EmailJS and saved in a private booking system (Airtable) that only TIS Smart Cleaning can access. The website is hosted by Vercel, which, like any web host, keeps basic technical logs such as IP address and browser to keep the site secure.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google tags, such as Google Ads, to measure visits and to know when a quote request came from one of our ads. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited, device and approximate location. We do not send your name, phone or address to Google. You can manage how Google uses this data at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details while they are useful for your service and our records, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Just e-mail smartcleaningtis@gmail.com or call (425) 535-1638.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
